Ironline Command
★★★★☆ 4.4
Ironline Command asks a question most mobile strategy games ignore: how do you keep your units fed and moving? Every advance stretches your supply line, and overextend even slightly and your strongest squad grinds to a halt in enemy territory. It turns aggression into a genuine risk.
Maps are compact, which suits touch controls, and each mission is beatable in one sitting. The AI plays defensively but punishes greed, so I lost my first three attempts on the second map before I understood I was supposed to be patient. That click of understanding is exactly what I want from a strategy game.
It's demanding and the tutorial could explain its own systems better, but once it clicks it's genuinely gripping.
What we liked
- Supply lines that reshape every decision
- Bite-sized missions built for touch
- Rewards patience over brute force
